• On average, we plan for 5 treatments, but this can range from 5-10 depending on the severity of the issue. All treatments are paid up-front.
• Additional visits may be needed after the initial treatments, or we may offer a recurring rat service to ensure long-term prevention.

Getting Rid of Rats

While we can guarantee the elimination of rats on your property, we cannot provide a warranty due to rats’ wide foraging range and their communal nature.
